Wanmuhaimin E-Taela (Min) was born in1997, in Narathiwat, Thailand, where he lives and works to this day. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Prince of Songkla University, Pattani campus.
“The City of Goat” will be his first solo-show in the northern capital.
Through his use of various artistic means - photography, video, painting, collage techniques and calligraphy - Wanmuhaimin’s (Min’s) work deals with cultural identity, belonging and self-discovery. The central question running through all of his work asks, “What home and/or homelessness means?”.
